Grimme Partners Up with Tolsma for Ventilation and Cooling Systems

Grimme Skandinavien A/S has announced it has selected a new partner for ventilation and cooling systems following Agrovent’s bankruptcy which was announced in December 2018.
Looking forward, Grimme will be assisted in its operations by Tolsma, a company that has been for many years one of Europe’s largest supplier in the field. Tolsma is merging Bo R. Adolfsson Consulting AB activities in Sweden and Norway into this cooperation model. As a result, this partnership with Grimme Skandinavien A/S will strengthen both parties leading position in the Nordic’s, as preferred supplier for storing high value crops.
According to Grimme, the new cooperation with Tolsma will allow the firm to supply customers with new future proof installations that include refrigerants as e.g propane, new high-tech ventilators, chillers and condens-drying technology. For this latest technology, Grimme will also work with Per Guldbrand, the inventor of the VaccTek condens-dryer.
The press release goes on to mention Grimme will further their cooperation with Sercom for control units for warehouses that do not require refrigeration. Tolsma has for many years retro-fitted solutions in order to convert systems and make use of the available APP’s in order to control cooling and ventilation in one. Grimme will also continue to supply mixed-air solutions, as well as service and spare parts for all our existing plants.
