ELEA Installs PEF Advantage B 1000-850 in China

SnowValley Food Hebei Co., Ltd. is one of the largest potato industrial chain groups in China and has installed several Elea belt systems for its French fry production.

ELEA's biggest PEF system to date, the PEF Advantage B 1000-850 with a capacity of up to 100 t/h is currently on its way to Snow Valley to be installed under the supervision of ELEA's PEF expert for snack applications Kevin Hill.
