Pack Expo Preview: New Show Feature

PMMI, owner and producer of Pack Expo International and the Contract Packaging Association (CPA) are bringing a new feature, the Contract Packaging Association Sourcing Center, to the show this fall, in Chicago (November 2-5).

The new show feature, on the Grand Concourse adjacent to the Association Pavilion, will be a showcase for the capabilities of contract packagers, and a tremendous resource to Pharma EXPO as well as Pack Expo attendees.

“In addition to the CPA members who will exhibit there, the Contract Packaging Association Sourcing Center will feature a display of innovative packages alongside experts who can speak to the benefits of using contract packagers,” says Charles D. Yuska, president & CEO, PMMI. “It will be a tremendous resource for both Pack Expo and Pharma Expo attendees.”

PMMI anticipates the two events will draw a combined 50,000 attendees, with 2,000 exhibitors in 1.1 million net square feet of exhibit space.

Contract packagers provide a wide range of packaging functions to consumer goods companies (CPGs) — services that may be simple or intricate, glamorous or hazardous –The Contract Packaging Sourcing Center will be near the entrance of the North Hall, and CPA members will be on hand to speak with brands about their needs.

Registration is USD30 through October 3, when it increases to USD60.
