“I am very excited about my new role and I look forward to being part of the Pulsemaster expansion in PEF food applications. New PEF technology for larger peeled and un-peeled potatoes, including Clean In Place
Pulsemaster's PEF technology seeks to go above and beyond the needs of the processing sector in the creation of natural and food-safe consumer goods. In 2022, Pulsemaster unveiled a brand-new PEF system to handle the biggest peeled and unpeeled potatoes that some customers in North America had ever encountered.
The technology is designed for use on high-capacity lines for sweet potato and French fry processors in the Pacific Northwest region. The system includes a Clean In Place CIP of the PEF treatment tank unit specifically created for large, raw material applications to aid in cleanliness efforts.
