A New Independent Cooperative of Common Consumption Potatoes

PotatoNext is the name of a new independent cooperative of common consumption potatoes founded by Agrico, Nedato, and Leo de Kock. This joint cooperative will be the product of tight coordination between the three prominent companies and will mark an important milestone in the potato sector.
A new logo and house style are also introduced with the new name. The word mark and pay-off work in conjunction with the logo to complete the new joint brand's identity. The new design represents the complete process of growing a potato, from planting it in the ground to serving it to customers.
The specific colors used to symbolize this brand were influenced by each step of the process. The color scheme highlights the potatoes' flexibility and native habitat. The “infinity” sign, which is also a symbol of cooperation and unity, is depicted in the logo. The modern approach and dedication to excellence are reflected in the new appearance.
Managing Board
The management of PotatoNext has now been appointed and will be led by Jan Bijleveld and Mariska Werring. Both are currently employed as board members at Leo de Kock and will manage PotatoNext. With their extensive experience, they are determined to lead the cooperative to a successful future.
In addition, the MT team (Management Team) of PotatoNext has also been put together. This team will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making within the cooperative. The MT team consists of the following members: Daniel Hans – from Leo de Kock, Koen van Hartevelt – from Nedato, Jan den Boer – from Nedato, and Francis Moerdijk – from Nedato.
These professionals have a wealth of experience and are ready to use their expertise for the further development and growth of PotatoNext.
“Our valued growers, customers, and suppliers will soon be further informed about the transition from our conventional consumption growers to PotatoNext and the benefits that this collaboration entails,” according to a recent press release.
