Provisur Technologies to Display Advances in Food Processing at Propak Asia 2023

Propak Asia, which will take place from June 14 to June 17, 2023, in Bangkok, Thailand, will feature advances in food processing on display from Provisur Technologies.

High-performance equipment including the flexible Formax NovaMax 150 Former, the high-yielding SM 820 Separator, and the delicate Lutetia T2 Tumbler will be on display at the stand.

Visitors will receive expert advice on all Provisur systems and technologies for mixing and grinding, DMC (defrosting, marinating, cooking), separation, and slicing, in keeping with the company's motto of "Pushing Boundaries."

Further Processing – Forming Technology at Its Best

The NovaMax 150 Former is designed to enable higher throughput and accurate weight control while making burger patties, meatballs, chicken nuggets, and other goods from a variety of ingredients such as meat, poultry, protein substitutes, pet food, and bakery products.

Lutetia Defrosting, Marinating, Cooking (DMC)

Lutetia is a well-known Provisur brand for tumbling and defrosting. Lutetia is great for delicate products that require careful handling during defrosting, smoking, or cooking since it uses chambers and tumbler procedures. Lutetia reduces cycle times while improving product quality. The Provisur Propak booth will feature the Lutetia T2 model tumbler.

Separation – Maximum Yield, First-class Results

The SM 820 separation system will also be on display. The Provisur Separation portfolio is unique in that it includes all of the separation systems required for the effective processing of meat, poultry, and other raw materials such as potatoes, fruit, and vegetables. One thing unites the diverse applications: high-yield separation of bone fragments, sinew, cartilage, and other material.

Slicing – Unmatched Versatility

Formax slicing machines from Provisur ensure optimal performance for a wide range of slicing applications. They may be designed to process a wide range of products, making them perfect for producers seeking a small footprint, high throughput, and low maintenance.
