Grand Opening Ceremony for Line 3 With 2nd PEF System at Snow Valley in China

SnowValley Agriculture is one of the largest potato industrial chain groups in China, with potato seed as the core, modern agricultural service as an extension, and food processing as the leader, whose business scope covers seed breeding, reproduction, promotion, storage, processing, and sales.

The company recently celebrated its grand opening ceremony for its 3rd French fry line.

As one of the major suppliers, Elea’s managing director, Stefan Töpfl, sent a greeting message to all those who were invited to the event.

“At Elea, together with our regional partner Beijing Lenno Trade Co., Ltd, we are very honored and proud to be part of the project. The PEF unit supplied for cutting improvement, reducing oil uptake, and enhancing product quality has been the second system supplied to Snow Valley,” according to a recent Elea press release.

Beijing Lenno Trade Co., Ltd. is a professional agency for an advanced food processing machinery, imported from Europe and North America and Elea’s exclusive agent for the Chinese market.

“Besides our Elea PEF systems from Quakenbruck, Lenno’s imported machinery include FAM cutters from Belgium, MHS slicers and KOLBE bandsaws/mincers from Germany, KEY sorters/shakers from the Netherlands and USA, and FINIS vegetable processing lines from the Netherlands, etc,” the document also states.

Lenno focuses not only on single machine sets but also on turn-key projects with comprehensive production lines. Meanwhile, Lenno also provides its customers with professional after-sale services and technical support.
