Utz Quality Foods Announces New Members to Executive Team

Dylan Lissette, CEO of Utz Quality Foods, has recently announced the addition of three new consumer packaged goods industry executives to the company’s senior team: Tom Flocco as President and Chief Operating Officer; Mark Schreiber as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer; and Jay Thompson as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Flocco brings over 30 years of CPG experience, most recently as an operating partner, Chairman and CEO with several PE backed companies. He also spent nine years with Fortune Brands, six of which as President and CEO of Beam Suntory, and eight years with McKinsey & Co. as a partner in their consumer practice. While at Beam, Flocco helped build the company into the number four global spirits company in the world. His focus will be on executing Utz’s strategy, while managing the day-to-day operations.
Schreiber also brings over 30 years of CPG experience, having spent the last nine-plus years leading Pepperidge Farms’ sales efforts as Senior Vice President of Sales and Distribution. In his role at Pepperidge, Schreiber was the sales leader for this USD1.6bn division of Campbell’s Soup, as well as overseeing all aspects of distribution. At Utz, Schreiber will focus his efforts on the sales teams, distributor partners and customers, as well as overseeing marketing across the brand portfolio.
Thompson brings an extensive background in financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, accounting and treasury with both private equity backed and public companies, having worked previously at Pepsico and Chobani. He will assume leadership in all aspects of Finance and Accounting at Utz.
