tna acquires Unique Solutions

tna announced the expansion of its family of brands with the acquisition of Unique Solutions, a leading provider of value-added inserts and onserts which are dispensed and/or applied using Unique Solutions’ full range of inserting and labelling equipment.

Through its latest acquisition, tna gains access to Unique Solutions’ turnkey In-Pak and On-Pak programs, utilizing the company’s industry-leading continuous perforated bandolier (CPB) technology. The acquisition forms part of tna’s ongoing strategy to support food manufacturers worldwide with a full range of solutions in its ever growing portfolio of innovative packaging and processing solutions from a single source.
