KP Invests in New Billingham Facility

The crisp maker is building a GBP06m pellet production facility at its Billingham factory, in the UK, which also produces Hula Hoops Puft and McCoy's.
Teesside crispmaker KP Snacks is hiring more staff as building work gets under way on a multi-million pound facility, according to gazettelive.co.uk.
Construction has already started at the site on Macklin Avenue, in time for a September 2019 completion date.
Around 20 new positions are available at both manager and team member levels with roles including production, supply chain, engineering and hygiene.
Lee Appleby, Factory General Manager at KP Snacks Teesside, said: “This is an exciting time for Teesside. The pellet plant will create over 20 new positions in a number of different roles, including production, supply chain, engineering and hygiene at both manager and team member levels.”
