Spanish manufacturer of snacks and chips Celigüeta has a new owner. The French company, Sibell, engaged in the same activity as the Basque company.

French crisp maker has acquired Spanish counterpart, Celigüeta and its production plant in Victoria for an undisclosed sum.

Employing 40 staff, the 5,200 sqm plant in the southern Spanish city of Cordoba, Celigüeta has the capacity to produce 6,000 tons of chips and 1,500 tons of snacks annually.
